Rooms & Suites
Six rooms named for the household gods — rosewood shutters, cool floors, and birdsong for an alarm clock.
Six bedrooms, each named for a beloved deity — Sita, Ganesh, Krishna, Hanuman, Lakshmi and Radha. Every one opens to green, dressed in handloom cotton and hung with the family's art, most with both an indoor and an open-air garden shower. Take a single room, or take the whole house — the choice is yours.
Sita · Guest Suite
Rs 34,500 per night · full board · + 18% GST
The grandest room in the house: a private two-bedroom suite upstairs, with a canopied super-king under a soaring timber roof, a large veranda to take the morning on, and a luxurious bathroom. A second room with two single beds makes it a natural choice for a family.
Ganesh · Guest Room
Rs 25,500 per night · full board · + 18% GST
A serene poolside room that opens, through tall shuttered doors, straight onto its own stretch of private garden. A king bed, botanical prints, and the pool just beyond the threshold for a first swim before breakfast.
Krishna · Guest Room
Rs 25,500 per night · full board · + 18% GST
Ganesh's poolside twin in spirit: a calm, high-ceilinged room with a king bed, deep-blue accents and the family's ink drawings above the bedhead. Step out to the pool terrace and the green all around.
Hanuman · Guest Room
Rs 25,500 per night · full board · + 18% GST
A light-filled room under a white vaulted ceiling, with its own little kitchen and a garden that catches the sunset. Easy for a couple who like their own corner — and their own kettle.
Lakshmi · Guest Room (Twin)
Rs 25,500 per night · full board · + 18% GST
The most sociable of the rooms: two king beds and an extra-large living space with its own small kitchen, opening to the colonnaded veranda. Made for a family or four friends who want to spread out and stay a while.
In the Original House
Before the new house was built by hand, there was the family's ancestral home — and it still stands in the garden, lovingly restored. It's the house one of the owners was born in, and its one guest room, Radha, is our cosy, characterful, entry-level room, with a king bed upstairs, its bathroom below, and a roof terrace of its own.
Radha · Guest Room
Rs 15,500 per night · full board · + 18% GST
A room with a story of its own, in the restored ancestral home a few steps across the garden. The bedroom sits upstairs and the bathroom below, so it isn't suited to guests with mobility difficulties — but for those who don't mind the stair, the private roof terrace is a lovely place to end the day.
